I love being involved in work that's making an impact - small or large - on the employees who work at Sun Life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team is pushing themselves and the company to think and work differently. They've championed flexible/hybrid work, and are dedicated to employee wellbeing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is there for each other, ready to help problem-solve or pitch in as needed. There's also a lot of cross-team collaboration that goes on. A genuine interest in doing the right thing for employees, the business, and our Clients.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Liked having a chance to meet my manager and the next level leader. There was a skill component to my interview where I had to do a short sample of work I'd actually be doing on the job. The process was formal, yet informal, and I got a chance to know the leaders I'd be working with.
