What did you like most about the interview process?
I met a number of leaders which helped with creating a picture of the culture and styles of the leadership team.

Liked having a chance to meet my manager and the next level leader. There was a skill component to my interview where I had to do a short sample of work I'd actually be doing on the job. The process was formal, yet informal, and I got a chance to know the leaders I'd be working with.
