- What are some of the best things about your team?My co-workers were some of the only good things about working at Sunday River. The customers can be hit or miss in the summer, but in the winter they are great. Typically the coworker's summer or winter is a good group of people trying to make it in this world.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It's understandable to make a little less living in a remote area and for a ski resort. Making 2-3x less is just unacceptable, especially when benefits are expensive and lackluster.
