Incentive for the associates. Give the support your managers need. Give your customers better deals instead of raising prices and lowering discount margins. Reflect on your role as leadership to provide for your teams instead of reprimand them.
BECAUSE YOU DONT GET TREATED RIGHT UNLESS YOU HAVE SEX WITH THE MANAGER GO OUT LATE AT NIGHT WITH HIM AFTER WORK IF YOURE A GIRL.ITS GROSS AND NOT RIGHT

Honesty. The lack of communication when it comes to commision pay, being told i would get that check every other month an then having it changed a week later leads to confussion
I don't feel as I'm equal in that place, i have new hires getting paid than me, and I have more knowledge than them.

everything. They are disinterested, unknowledgeable and are there for a paycheck
You dont really see your coworkers, its usually just one person working in the store.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Promotions based on merit instead of always promoting the men first
Understanding that not as many people shop in person anymore. So of course sales are lower. It would greatly relieve tension.
The gang click that works there now should NOT be working together if they are having sex and going on trips together and going to strip clubs.and if you say no to all of that the manager just FIRES YOU

The company culture is fine. I think they put a little too much stock into the training videos.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The manager just feeds you lies and says he expects stuff from you hut your only there to watxh things when him and his effbuddy want to go out and drink and then go back to work eventually

Need to be equal to employees, and do a double coverage when someone has to use the bathroom
