Great discounts and product reimbursements.
Free eye exams and i supose 50% off most glasses . Even though I think that since I'm working with the company, it should be all brands included not just selected ones.

In my store, everyone really enjoys working with each other.
Not the company. They dont have a positive culture. but my store manager is flexible, realistic, invested in our development
