Review from Finance Dept

The salary base and healthcare plan

Review from HR Dept

I still have not get the annual bonus, so far there is no difference with other companies compensation packages

Review from Engineering Dept

Able to work in an industry were we can make a change, no matter how small my role might be.

Review from Admin Dept

Besides salary, compensation incentives such as 401k and employee discounts

Review from Business Development Dept

Yearly bonus and medical benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

The best part about my compensation package is the PPO insurance coverage. Because of my insurance plan, I have ample access to providers and specialists for a very low copay. I feel this has improved my overall health.

Review from IT Dept

Dental and vision, contribution to 401 k

Review from Sales Dept

It motivates me to meet the department's quarterly goals.

Review from Operations Dept

The pay and the bonus

Review from Finance Dept

I appreciate the opportunity for additional growth, and for increased compensation as a reward for good performance.

Review from Legal Dept

Paid time off and paid holidays

Review from HR Dept

equity as part of compensation

Review from IT Dept

the best one, I ever had

Review from Customer Support Dept

have not ben here long enough

Review from Design Dept

The PTO days, volunteer time and bonus

Review from Finance Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I take on much more work than my job description and hadn't received a raise for this increased work load and dependencies.

Review from Operations Dept

I was hired for X position and paid X salary with no direct reports. I've recently been assigned direct reports and made a supervisor without being notified or a change in salary.

Review from Operations Dept

My role has expanded and my pay has remained the same. I would like my compensation to be aligned with my role.

Review from Admin Dept

It should be more competitive to similar industries.

Review from Operations Dept

Being paid more for the work that we do. More work is given and no extra pay for it. PTO and sick hours should not be the same. Recognition and praise means nothing if there is no compensation for it.

Review from Operations Dept

As we get put more responsibilities outside of our role, we should get compensated fairly. I've been working here for a year and i have not received a raise, through my time here I have met our numbers and ensure all customers are taken care of.

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits are affordable for the whole family

Review from Sales Dept

Not being able to be promoted or promote someone until they have been here for a year does not support career growth. My direct reports have been underutilized due to constrictive HR policies.

Review from Sales Dept

I believe we can be more competitive with pay. Its hard to attract talent directly from competitors.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Other departments recognize the hard work I do compared to most associates. My department thinks I am barely living up to their "high standard", so I get paid less than associates. There is not incentive to work their "high standard" when the pay is not even at a equal level to begin with.

Review from Operations Dept

My experience and knowledge are invaluable in this work space, and hopefully, the pay and my value sync up in the near future.

Review from Operations Dept

A raise every now and then would be great. We are told the company is doing great and we are doing a great job but it doesn't show in annual raises.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued as management cannot discuss career growth and insist the lack of compensation adjustment is just the nature of Sunnova. In addition, I have taken on way more responsibility however the compensation remains stagnant.

Review from Finance Dept

There was no salary increase for 4 years. I finally brought up the issue to my manager after 4 years, only then did I get a raise. But, it isn't enough to offset the lack of raises in the past years. With the company continuing to grow and increasing hiring, salary shouldn't go stagnant.

Review from Finance Dept

Provid raises not just when a new position is obtained

Review from Operations Dept

1) Remote worker doesn't seem to get attention from HQ, and the HR team's efficiency is below the avg. 2) Paid is not taking into account the local living standard. Overall, long hours of work/contribution remotely. Results: with no recognition and cannot cover household bills

Review from Marketing Dept

Quarterly bonuses, merit increases, appreciation.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel slightly undervalued because I do much more work than I was hired to do. I was hired as an IRT agent. Then I was asked to move to digital interactions team where I trained the entire department on the new tasks assigned to them. I train, manage IRT cases and do DIT tasks. Same rate of $19.50

Review from Customer Support Dept

Overall the current work load is 2X more then most of my peers and we are paid the same.

Review from Sales Dept

have differential pay for nights/ weekends and or for knowing a second language.
