The work day should be cut down from 12 hour shifts. Leaders should be able to bring their team donuts or other items if they like. More collaborative communication from upper leadership and more positivity in the work place.

I just feel undervalued, so of course I would never be excited to come into a place that doesn't pay me my worth. I'm currently covering two other teams, but I'm remaining a team player. I just think more recognition would help. Less repetative meetings. More clarificaiton of assignments. TRAINING.

The supervisors have high expections and do not care how hard you are working and always want more. Nothing is good enough but they also do not help to relieve the daily work load to help out the employees instead have demands and make comments if something was not done by there standards.
