All are very welcoming approachable people. There aren't nerves when striking up a conversation on the fly with our executives!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 40 hours of volunteer time off is great
Being able to work hybrid/remote
I took on a new role for me at Sunrise. I was offered a salary that took into account all of my experience, not only my job specific experience. Specific, measurable mutually agreed upon goals to reach for Rocks.
Got to be honest, it is the salary and ICP as my healthcare benefits are with my spouse's program.
It is fair for me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More transparency about wages across your team/alike positions within the company and how to achieve those different levels of pay.
part of my benefit package is insurance with I dont need because I get it through my spouses work - i get no HSA money added to my account because I am not on the Banks insurance
larger raises, they have been so minuscule-benefits cost more but raise doesn't cover, take home less each year
A competitive and commensurate pay scale with benefits when compared with directly competing banks.

Fun, motivating, optimistic, team players, hard working, vulnerable, safe space

Everyone is very welcoming. You don't feel like you can't ask questions. People are willing to share and not take things too critically.
