I've only been part of Sunrise for a couple weeks, but from what I've seen, our leadership team members are great at showing the 10x values through example. They understand that positions of power and wealth are a great opportunity to do good in the world!

They are nice and organize

We're still a small enough org that leadership is involved in each step. Exec team wants to know things vs. ignore them. That makes them stand out from other orgs where leadership could care less. But as we grow I am concerned how this will change.
