What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working with all levels of staff to ensure complete understanding of situations and issues before proceeding with sweeping changes or projects. This will improve transparency at all levels.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are comprehensive, provide good coverage and are fairly priced.

Salary is very good. Health insurance cost is reasonable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a fast learner and I feel that we the work I am doing I should be getting paid more
I work so many hours each week and I wish I can get better pay or at least get some day off for the hours and work I do
I believe the base pay for my job in a lot of other companies is higher by a significant amount. Decent health insurance with my current pay is near impossible to pay for.
Employees take on a lot and generally do it the Sunrise way. Our benefits were arbitrarily changed in 2021 and it really messed with our family. Compensation has been good but further recognition especially in light of how well the bank did during a pandemic was expected. It was a hard time
Inflation has changed the landscape.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a team, they know when to help without being asked.

Talk less and listen more.
They have poor attitudes and complain a lot for not doing anything most days.

The fact that most employees live the culture every day.

great people and the bi monthly group meetings with the company are great.
Every department at Sunrise is very nice to me and I enjoy interacting with everyone here
Everyone is working toward the same goals, with enthusiasm.

For the executive team to be REALLY plugged in and willing to change.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were not only questions about my work skills, but also questions about me as a human being and what motivates me.

Relating well with my team members
my coworkers are great, and getting to help out people that need it.
our Team, if it wasn't for the Team and how well we all gel together then I think the work loads that we have would seem much larger

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The customer getting mad about fee charge. I feel like we should have a sign out about the fee charge, money order and cashier check .
