Great people, leadership, and mission, but a lack of opportunities for equal compensation or career advancement.

I believe that Sunrise has put a lot of time and effort into cultivating an environment that espouses their Mission and Values which has prevented the necessary technological infrastructure growth necessary. There is also a need to move out of the branch bank mentality to be more tech minded.

I think the wage is fair and Benefits are higher than other companies.

Being paid less than others in the same role while having been with the bank longer, even after bringing it up with management multiple times. Would feel better if it was possible to be paid equally to the average pay of the role.
