What is the best part about your compensation package?
The yearly salary increments and bonuses
Salary is very good. Health insurance cost is reasonable.
PTO & 401K benefits are nice
Love the yearly bonus! (extra word)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation has affected all of us and the lower the income, the greater the effect.
Nothing makes me feel undervalued. Adjusted compensation is good.
According to the market average for my position I am underpaid by a decent amount
I think market data shows my position is underpaid, and I am well educated and have lots of experience. I also think the company could do better about healthcare pricing. I've worked a job where the month cost to employee was $20, and out of pocket max was $2500.
I'm paid under the average for my position in this area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Self Organised, Deliverying Quality, Unity, and respect
Everyone is invested in doing the best job possible.

They treat me with respect while also keeping me accountable, and keeping things light hearted.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They have poor attitudes and complain a lot for not doing anything most days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Woo Hoo. The culture of celebrating our lil wins
Every department at Sunrise is very nice to me and I enjoy interacting with everyone here
Everyone is working toward the same goals, with enthusiasm.
Not insanely politically correct all the time

our Team, if it wasn't for the Team and how well we all gel together then I think the work loads that we have would seem much larger
