What is the best part about your compensation package?
the pay i get for salary
the bonus in the spring.
401K matches and ICP bonus
Yearly bones, PTOs and I have used Sunrise Family Funds while my husband went through surgery last year. Which I have appreciated it so much
fair pay and always room to grow
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work so many hours each week and I wish I can get better pay or at least get some day off for the hours and work I do
I believe the base pay for my job in a lot of other companies is higher by a significant amount. Decent health insurance with my current pay is near impossible to pay for.

Being asked to do many more involved tasks with little to no training and not being compensated according to those tasks
I just feel like I need to push more for advancement opportunities as I feel like in some aspects I have earned the right to promotion to a higher title. Also, sometimes I feel like management does not realize that the workload has tripled but the processes have not become any more efficient.

very positive culture that I work in
friendly environment, teamwork, good communications
people are friendly to others
