I am a fast learner and I feel that we the work I am doing I should be getting paid more

Have the opportunity to expand in Sunrise banks.

I work supper hard I was a lead teller, then I did get promoted to be a banker, but not even a week the leads were getting paid more than I am as a banker. Please tell me how that is fair. I didnt even become a banker not even a whole week.

If we are paid for our actual job description. I think all around a lot of people help out with different departments and jobs that aren't in their job title, but are barely recognized and aren't compensated for it.

Amount paid, Used to be recognized for work performed but not as much for the past year.
