Working at sunrise senior living has been a hostile enviroment management are incompetent they failed to give an employee her earned wages. Wages that is overdue hours are not being recorded and lack of communication and poor quality in leadership. Sunrise culture is mediocrity.
Was happy with my job and some people I worked with were amazing. However, there were some Executive Directors who were toxic and verbally abusive to their employees

Our team members make a difference every day. If you believe that real happiness and joy come from serving others, you belong at Sunrise. Having a serving heart and a desire to help others is essential.
The ability to work 60+ hours. Also survive on no sleep.
What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at Sunrise Senior Living?

We invest in our team members’ professional growth to help them cultivate a successful and satisfying career. That starts day one, we offer 55+ hours of training within the first 30 days. There is a lot to learn, don't be afraid to ask for help.
Run and run fast. Don't ever look back.
