Executive Bio
Mr. Kevin Kemp has been the President of East Region of Supervalu Inc. since April 2006 and also served as its Vice President of Supply Chain Services. Mr. Kemp began his career in the grocery industry in 1990 at Wetterau, Inc. after spending nearly 10 years in public accounting. Two years later, SUPERVALU acquired Wetterau and Mr. Kemp became division controller in SUPERVALU's Easton division. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Kemp served as Vice President, Finance, first in SUPERVALU's New England region and then in the Southeast region. Following this assignment, Mr. Kemp was named vice president, category management for the Southeast region. In 2002, he was named vice president, logistics, for the Northern and Northwest regions. He serves as a Director of United Way.
