Encouraged a lot in every situation
My front manger is amazing

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The need to have a better line of communication from the retailer to the warehouse like the old days. Now all you can do is notify customer service with your needs, and they in turn EMAIL the warehouse. A 24 hour and sometimes 48 hour delay. Go Figure
Communication skills with the employees, a Good job would go a long ways
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe we were properly paid for performance

Management makes alot of promises with no intent to follow through. Training is next to non existent and equipment is failing constantly. Our specific stores owner has no issue flaunting his personal wealth. But then cant afford simple quality of life improvements for staff.
Better pay treat omploys better
If I got 9 an hour that would be awesome

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The management teams unfortunate fighting for dominance spilles down to every level. Every employee is out for themselves beacuse we know nobody is looking out for us fix the issues at the top and staff will have less need to compete
Just quit while you can.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a kind and profesional interview. The only negative is that alot of empty promises were made the position did not end up being what i was told and continues to not be what i agreed on

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our location need investment from the owner. Patching holes with temerary fixes over and over again is not a solution. He expects us to function like the massive store locations in bigger cities but expects us to do that without the nessasary ground work, training and equipment
The negative atmosphere of my coworkers. More incentives would help improve that.
