What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The need to have a better line of communication from the retailer to the warehouse like the old days. Now all you can do is notify customer service with your needs, and they in turn EMAIL the warehouse. A 24 hour and sometimes 48 hour delay. Go Figure
Communication skills with the employees, a Good job would go a long ways
