Support availability and communication are the biggest issues there. No way to get actual support in any timely fashion.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no way to contact anyone directly. You can leave text messages which generally go unanswered and the same thing with voicemail. I've had problems since August that I still have not had any resolution on. They need to provide immediate assistance and concrete support solutions to staff.
