Communication. I have no idea who the management team is, even after 10yrs. I've reached out to management over the past week to resolve a crisis, and have no response. We in the field have the need to be heard. Show some proof that you're human and you know we are too.
There is no way to contact anyone directly. You can leave text messages which generally go unanswered and the same thing with voicemail. I've had problems since August that I still have not had any resolution on. They need to provide immediate assistance and concrete support solutions to staff.

To be honest, I don't know if there is a culture. I've always thought most everyone works independently like I do, and the office people are probably remote.

Seeking to understand each associates abilities
There practically wasn't an interview. I downloaded the app, sent in pictures of all my documents and it was finished. Never had to talk to anybody.
The interview process for this place was great; I will say that for them. Back in 2015 I downloaded their app, it asked if I had merchandising experience and I clicked 'Yes' and that was about it. I scanned in all the documents remotely and didn't have to talk to anybody.
