The leadership really takes action when needed and comes through for employees when they are treated unfairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working for pennies is tough, but the other benefits (such as working on my own time and in the comfort of my home) can make me excuse this.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not look forward to work because I know that a lot of things will go wrong and I will not be paid for a lot of the things I do, or the things I try to complete will not allow me to complete them due to a bug in the website.
