I wish I qualified/ had more opportunities that I qualified for.

Don't have a team, although that might be an interesting concept to the company.

Leadership- treated very intelligently as if I were a full-time autonomous representative instead of some desperate independent contractor.
What makes you most happy at work?
My ability to work my own hours and at my own pace and make independent choices about how I work at Swagbucks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I can do the interview-the screeners, personality profile, 'interests surveys', etc., in parts and pieces as I go along to earn better money, and I earn for it.
