The fact that all I had to do was sign up, and fill out a profile survey, so the company would know what type of work that I could do and liked to do as far as qualifying for a particular company's work.

i like that they were very personable
I can do the interview-the screeners, personality profile, 'interests surveys', etc., in parts and pieces as I go along to earn better money, and I earn for it.
