Little praise, poor transparency, no follow-up or follow-through with promises from management, inexperienced management, management that doesn't understand what I or my colleagues do, nor have the time to find out. Difficult to prioritize or triage tasks.

People care and are polite and respectful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People who clearly care about their patients and their team!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
So little staff that daily things that need to be done can't be done and process improvement needs to be a focus but can't be d/t afforementioned staff limitations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Things could be significantly better if there was more transparency, follow through on stated goals, and focus on patient safety. As a caregiver, it feels like both myself and my patients are suffering while upper management in particular is just fine, which is frustrating. Please self-reflect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel recognized for how hard I work. Ex: an attempt was made to 'celebrate' with funds that could have been used as bonus, but instead were spent on a religious celebration I couldn't take part in. That feels selfish, or at best, not well thought out by management. ASK US what we need please
