Paying me what was agreed upon in my contract.

Paying me what they owe me. Hiring more techs. Actually doing something about the problems at the hospital instead of handing out t shirts for hospital week.

Everything! It’s like they are trying to ruin Swedish. Get rid of MBA’s making decisions impacting hospital. Quit increasing number of execs/admin & their pay. The business is the hospital/ patients & frontline workers are what makes it successful - realize that! Happy employees don’t

Need to ise PTO hours for holidays

Covid is a nightmare in the ER. Need hazard pay and then some. Many ER and ICU nurses are being paid over $100/hour compared to $35/hour

Less fluffy corporate slogans, get rid of the union, and just treat employees like humans

Employees need a re-cap about their professionalism

Providence needs a complete reversal in their business model. Should strive to make Providence best place to work best place to receive care. Not best place to be unnecessary administrator finding ways to cut costs and give themselves a raise and bonus!
