Covid is a nightmare in the ER. Need hazard pay and then some. Many ER and ICU nurses are being paid over $100/hour compared to $35/hour
competency or job knowledge, maturity, respect.
Be engaged and care about their work. Does not happen when you are ignored because your shift and/or location is inconvenient

Less fluffy corporate slogans, get rid of the union, and just treat employees like humans

Providence needs a complete reversal in their business model. Should strive to make Providence best place to work best place to receive care. Not best place to be unnecessary administrator finding ways to cut costs and give themselves a raise and bonus!
