I enjoy coming in each day and knowing that everyone remains accountable. This helps the work-load stay at a manageable level where we can still feel productive without being overwhelmed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team leads by example. They are pleasant individuals that take time to get to know you personally. They work hard to make all of our workloads manageable and rewarding.
What did you like most about the interview process?
While interviewed, we actually spent a fair amount of time talking about who I am and what my goals are. It is relieving to know that the management/leadership at Swell care about me as an individual and respect my goals and aspirations.
