What are some of the best things about your team?
The camaraderie is amazing. Team members are not afraid to praise you when its deserved, they will also give input on things they might see you struggling with. Always constructive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a new company so they want you to feel like your voice is heard. They provide open opportunities to move within the company to different department if you feel you may be happier doing something else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make you feel valued and are not afraid to ask the new guys for input on what they can do better. They trust their employees to do the job right, and stress they're here to make our job easier.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very casual interview that felt like there was no pressure to perform or present yourself in a certain way. It felt like a conversation to see if you would enjoy doing what you are being interviewed to do.
