Take more workers than VP and directors
Be realistic instead of misleading, stop taking every single decision with a top down approach, and stop micromanaging every little thing that happens in the company. If there are so many directors and managers, that should be one of their responsabilities to handle ordinary processes and tasks
Leadership should understand what needs need to be covered and plan accordingly. I think that leadership and product owner doesn't have clear enough.

No reward or recognition for long time employees. Salary iss off by around 30% less when compared to local market data for same position and experience, and yest comnpany constantly keeps hiring SRs and VPs without seing any results.
Syniverse does not have good benefits anymore, those days are gone.
Vision and mission of the business unit was not clear. In other companies you always know the value for business of your work. Here was different nobody knows with a high degree of certainty that.

No quality onboarding trainings which leads to lack of knowedlge which leads to lack of motivation end up originating frustrating interactions with co-workers. Company culture promotes a tick my boxe and do my bit approach regardless of end goal

Good management will do for anything
Stop finger pointing every mistake, stop overselling every little sucess. Be empathic with people and respect and consider their inputs and feedback. Justify decisions and be less corporate, the business is no longer in the early 2000s and booming, be realistic and stop demanding the impossible
