Frequent changes, lack of vision & clear goals
I am finding them to be misleading.
Take more workers than VP and directors
Be realistic instead of misleading, stop taking every single decision with a top down approach, and stop micromanaging every little thing that happens in the company. If there are so many directors and managers, that should be one of their responsabilities to handle ordinary processes and tasks
Leadership should understand what needs need to be covered and plan accordingly. I think that leadership and product owner doesn't have clear enough.
