It's a great company. Managers seem to truly care about their teams (in my experience). The only downside is training, I spent the first year learning myself with little direction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Goals are very attainable. It's not difficult to hit your expected earnings.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work remote and have an incredible work life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct managers care about you and are available to talk to. Execitives do seem a little disconnected, but no more than any other company.
