Making important changes to act on feedback they have received. Very high integrity. Open and transparent.

Values. When they say respect, integrity, teamwork, and results are important, they really mean it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company listens. They didn't used to, but they took a survey and I've seen profound change.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The parking situation. We have grown a lot and we often have to walk a couple of minutes (100 yards or so) to get inside.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Some people complain, but if you work hard, you earn more. I like to work hard, and the company has become more work/life friendly over the years. I can afford to invest more time in my work and so I do very well.
