I like my job. I think the pay could be better when you see how much money the employees make for Synnex and how much time and effort they put into it. So many other jobs work half the hours we work and get paid 1.5x as much. We are too cheap on salaries to keep the best employees around.

Payday and when I have an empty Inbox.

How they lead our company to so many profitable quarters.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is glad they have a job at a stable company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Its not them its me. I just need time to improve on me being better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do more than others that are considered my equals and I have stayed loyal to the company for 9.5 years now.
