What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel I am using my potential at all. Many, way too many distractions due to urgent issues on projects, at the same time. No one has time, genuinely, to explain certain topics and it's close to impossible to find the answer by yourself. At least in my line of work here.

the products quality is not meet the customer expectation sometime, and I understand the limitations over the resources and budget to fill the gap customers have seen, but it's not the good things.

New grades have been introduced effectively demoting everyone at 69 grade and below No consistent WFH policy, some teams are being asked to come 5 days while others are being asked to come 3 days Executive team only keeps asking weekly status reports w/o contributing to the product
