Extreme lack of transparency and alignment in Leadership since Aart went. The changes are happening wildly in the contradiction with employee communication. Everything looks like Leadership is misaligned and each leader pulls in his own direction. Say what you mean and mean what you say, stick to it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No where near market in the semiconductor industry. Being the top and largest EDA/Semiconductor company in the world, I expect the compensation to be reflecting the same. We are not even close to Tier 2 semiconductor companies with respect to compensation.

Year on year hikes are always less and there is always some or the other reason to support the same. But the company never ever think on the needs of the employee. Better hikes and making sure employees at the ground level receive the perks of the company achievements

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel I am using my potential at all. Many, way too many distractions due to urgent issues on projects, at the same time. No one has time, genuinely, to explain certain topics and it's close to impossible to find the answer by yourself. At least in my line of work here.
