The managenent at my resteraunt is unorganized. They do not like to hear thoughts and opinions from their employees. Everytime there is a situation, they do not want to resolve it. They do not care about their employees whatsoever.

They like to stir up drama and management just let it go on without caring
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management does not like to investigate when there are situations, they rather brush it off to avoid conflict which is poor management behavior
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing not only the store but also taking care of their employees by giving a listening ear. I love this company but the managers make it so hard to want to stay because they are one-sided.
