Respecting all employees. They need to learn how to effectively communicate.
Treating employees with respect. Not demanding crazy hours and being paid properly for overtime.
It was informal and I enjoyed speaking with the current manager (he had left before I started).
We're always on our feet and do not get breaks. Benefits would be a huge improvement. Management training in diversity and social awareness is recommended.
My coworkers are a diverse and fun group. The meetings that management runs just go in circles and nothing is ever achieved. We also don't get paid for coming in for meeting when it's not our shift.
There are no benefits or bonuses. Being treated like a lemming does not make an employee want to work harder for the company. It's already a difficult job with customers, and it would be helpful to know your managers and upper level management has your back. Getting benefits and respect is it.
