Not to many steps. We cant keep employees. They hire just about anyone
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To at least pay state minimum wage. Stop charging us a dollar a shift for soda.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Show appreciation to employees. They keep taking away employee benefits and perks. Threaten jobs if we dont have enough tgif reward sign ups. Never get a thank you from management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
So much extra work when cut from floor. Usually takes a hour to do all the extra work. For a 1.00 under minimum wage and the dollar a day we are charged for soda.
