Mr. Brian W. Adams serves as Vice President of Finance at CareKinesis, Inc. Mr. Adams has been the Chief Financial Officer of Tabula Rasa Healthcare, Inc.since June 2014. He joined CareKinesis in late 2011, Mr. Adams leads the finance, accounting, treasury and risk management functions. Mr. Adams has broad experience in financial management including strategic planning, business performance optimization and financial integration for mergers and acquisitions. During his tenure, he has guided CareKinesis through a series of successful debt and equity financings, designed and implemented a plan to achieve profitability and engineered three strategic acquisitions. Mr. Adams has broad experience in financial management including strategic planning, business performance optimization and financial integration for mergers and acquisitions. The majority of his career has been spent with organizations experiencing rapid growth. He was previously with KPMG LLP, where he was responsible for leading the finance and accounting functions for the US Management Consulting Practice. He was the finance lead on a number of acquisitions to expand the business and was a key member of the finance team responsible for the reorganization of the Advisory business into three national service lines. Prior to that, he was the finance lead for their Mid-Atlantic Audit Practice. Mr. Adams began his career at excelleRx, Inc. Mr. Adams was named one of the ???Top Chief Financial Officers??? in the region in the January 2015 issue of South Jersey Biz Magazine and in 2014 was honored as a ???Chief Financial Officer of the Year??? by New Jersey Tech Council. Mr. Adams graduated from the University of Richmond, Robins School of Business. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
