Having leadership that communicates and cares about staff morale.
The leadership team actually IS the problem at this company. They think they're smarter than everyone else and dont listen to feedback. Then they stand up and preach "the fundamentals " that they don't practice. Disgusting
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good benefits, pay, pto. Its the only reason I stay. The drama otherwise is not worth it

I think they just keep hiring bad people because a warm body is better than no body

Coworkers are great to be around
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New pharmacist in charge. Shake up staff for fresh outlook and modern views.
It would benefit this company if they exited the horrible leaders and replaced with people who know what it means to lead. This company really needs to fire the CEO. Hes the problem.

Laid back, fast, HR was great
I guess they're good at interviewing because this place is a hot dog factory
