To be acknowledged for my potential and worth I bring to my restaurant. Feel under valued and not giving the opportunity to grow within my job. A raise is awesome,but to be able to move up the ladder within the company to build into a permanent career is highly desired

My store has been exposed to COVID and I do not understand the regulations put in place or why upper management is calling for it to stay open. There are multiple people who were exposed to the virus and our store remains open ,it hasn’t even been cleaned.
