We work together during stressful times we still laugh and cut up
We are a true team! The BOH/Service Champs have experience and are willing to teach. I do wish it was slightly more diverse on demographic and age.

Watch their email and text message language of negativity
Nothing at all. They are terrible too

Working together would help, but their are way too many immature employees that get hired.
Getting to work on time working your shifts and being nice to the customers

Their attitude there are so many attitudes in the store you can shake a stick at it

Communication is key in my eyes. It seems that with all the positive cases popping up in our store, our area coach is trying to cover it up so we can stay open. In turn, no crew members are getting to be fully aware about the cases popping up. Leading them to continue working and cases being spread.

Be less focused on drama and be more focused on work related things. Drama seems to create biased opinions, which gets some coworkers unfairly in trouble.
