What do you like best about the leadership team?
the team is awesome and everybody work as a team

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More thorough look into the quality of a team members work ethic, care for the customers, company,product,revenue & positivity than jus looking for a 7-10 yr clear background . Choose one who abides by company policy procedure lead by example. I see mngrs who break all policy & abuse their authority

Hiring adults that will take work seriously Or, hire mature people.
Not hiring family and then promoting them while not promoting the ones who have been there for an extended period of time

If you guys paid us what we are was worth and the amount of stress we go through at that job . A lotvof people would br happy
To be acknowledged for my potential and worth I bring to my restaurant. Feel under valued and not giving the opportunity to grow within my job. A raise is awesome,but to be able to move up the ladder within the company to build into a permanent career is highly desired

If I was paid like every other employee....the ones coming in the door make more than me and that's just not right considering I know my job and can perform my job and fill in for someone else while still performing my job and the new hires just stand there

My store has been exposed to COVID and I do not understand the regulations put in place or why upper management is calling for it to stay open. There are multiple people who were exposed to the virus and our store remains open ,it hasn’t even been cleaned.

The gm and the decision making processes that have been going on since devonia has been gm
Hours of ops, pushing people to rhe limit, asking for more and more
Better management, better team trainers, /leaders. Less negative comments when one makes a mistake.we are a team ..it's take a team to grow as one to build a steady foundation to maintain a thriving business
