Hiring adults that will take work seriously Or, hire mature people.
Not hiring family and then promoting them while not promoting the ones who have been there for an extended period of time

My store has been exposed to COVID and I do not understand the regulations put in place or why upper management is calling for it to stay open. There are multiple people who were exposed to the virus and our store remains open ,it hasn’t even been cleaned.
