What makes you most happy at work?

Satisfied smiling customers, having everything in stock. A positive crew who's goal is to get the job done together the right way. In a non hostile environment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better management, better team trainers, /leaders. Less negative comments when one makes a mistake.we are a team ..it's take a team to grow as one to build a steady foundation to maintain a thriving business

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To be acknowledged for my potential and worth I bring to my restaurant. Feel under valued and not giving the opportunity to grow within my job. A raise is awesome,but to be able to move up the ladder within the company to build into a permanent career is highly desired

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

More thorough look into the quality of a team members work ethic, care for the customers, company,product,revenue & positivity than jus looking for a 7-10 yr clear background . Choose one who abides by company policy procedure lead by example. I see mngrs who break all policy & abuse their authority
