It was great at first, then it went downhill quickly with a lot of drama created by one of the managers.

Manager seemed experienced enough to choose the appropriate employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am left alone to do my work and actually appreciated for the things I have done well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be less focused on drama and be more focused on work related things. Drama seems to create biased opinions, which gets some coworkers unfairly in trouble.
