Fairly solid. Fast paced, but not overly stressful. We are CONSTANTLY understaffed, especially on Sunday, otherwise it enjoyable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Short and quick- the only drawback was, Im not sure why resume was even read
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a true team! The BOH/Service Champs have experience and are willing to teach. I do wish it was slightly more diverse on demographic and age.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team and the customers. I genuinely enjoy customer service and seeing food I made make someone smile. The atmosphere is great as long as our GM is NOT there.
