The C-Suite is a tiny group with extremely high turnover. The core of the company does not care about your growth or success. You will never get a formal review. Do not work here!
Upper management does not communicate clearly, turnover is highest I have ever witnessed in my many years of working. I respectfully would not recommend working here.
The work is fun, interesting, and exciting. You'll develop some great skills here. Just don't drink the kool-aid.
