Longtime TDA customer. Utilized Mobile Deposit Feature via phone app. Check bounced and came back as NSF. Multiple accounts flagged and restricted for over 90+ days for investigation. After patiently waiting for 90+ days, I am now told my accounts are 0. I haven't seen a single dime of my money.

The Block Trading department can hire people that look at the activity closer and not jump to conclusions. They should try to understand what's happening by talking both to the customer and the service rep. It would help the company prevent individual investors from switching to other companies....

Jersey city office has an antiquated layout....lots of cubes, attempting to open the layout up but the space is too small and maxed out
Depends on the office, more standard cubicals to completely modern open
