Communicating to employees. There is no growth trajectory or formal reviews and no incentives to stay.
Listening to employees, being honest with them, managing revenue, understanding employee skill-sets and pairing those skills with client work.
Less talk, more action. Follow-through, in writing. Understand the products/services that we can sell AND deliver.
This company is embarrassing and their "Leadership" Team is pitiful.
