What does the leadership team need to get better at?

This company is embarrassing and their "Leadership" Team is pitiful.

Communicating to employees. There is no growth trajectory or formal reviews and no incentives to stay.

Listening to employees, being honest with them, managing revenue, understanding employee skill-sets and pairing those skills with client work.

Less talk, more action. Follow-through, in writing. Understand the products/services that we can sell AND deliver.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The culture is terrible and you can literally ask anyone who has worked there longer than 3 months.

I am sincerely dissatisfied with how upper management operates.

Co-workers are good. They're smart, driven, and creative. If they were to improve in any way, it'd be communication.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Company culture is faking "smart and happy".

Culture gets established at the top. the executives struggle with being honest and casting good, healthy vision. The executives also unwittingly established a culture of apathy by repeatedly not listening to employee suggestions.

The interview process was strange. People who run this place are bizarre.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

The CEO thinks this is a digital marketing agency. It isn't. This is a CMS development shop. We built content management systems for big companies. We've never personalized anything for a client. We've never sold digital strategy. We could improve by focusing on our technical strengths.

The cost for products/services is not competitive, and the sales team doesn't understand the skills of the current employees.
