What did you like most about the interview process?I got to meet a number of team members before starting. Made it feel like I knew more people to get going on better footing.
What makes you most happy at work?A sense of accomplishment. After going through a period of pivoting, it feels like we're seeing wins and momentum more regularly now. It's a lot of fun to see the work I do making an impact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?No question is ever out of bounds. You can go to anyone, even the CEO, and ask hard questions and they actually appreciate it.
